Helping my clients modify destructive and unhealthy patterns, deescalating toxicity and recommending healthy communication efforts are just a few elements of coaching couples. Depending on each of my client’s goals, I help build healthy and fulfilling relationships or help my clients de-couple in the most peaceful way possible. In addition, I am certified in treating affairs and trauma by the Gottman Institute and work with couples who have been affected by infidelity and betrayal. This is something I am profoundly passionate about and a large part of the work I do. I have a very direct approach to coaching which is why I don’t practice traditional therapy. I do point out destructive behaviors and toxic patterns in a very gentle and respectful way. I never take sides but am upfront with my feedback. One of the biggest enjoyments I have with my work is helping men and women navigate the dating world. I create effective and authentic dating profiles, advise on proper and appropriate communication with a romantic interest and train men and women of all ages on respectable, dating etiquette. I curate each strategy and process for each client to find a path they are passionate about- as one size does not fit all. • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  • I do not accept any insurance. I charge $175 for 50 minute sessions and accept payment through Zelle or Venmo at least one day prior to virtually meeting in order to hold the spot. I do offer packages for those who need longer term support! Packages typically offer a reduced rate and I'm happy to work out a package that works for each of my clients!

• How did you get started doing this type of work?

• What types of customers have you worked with?

  • All my customers are diverse in their needs, goals and where they are in their spiritual development. I have worked with those as young as 16 to those up to the age of 65. Life’s challenges do not discriminate against age, sex, race, etc. Any one whose path gets crossed with mine will receive the guidance and coaching they need and desire.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  • I work with many young and middle age women (those particularly going through divorce) struggling with self-worth and self-love. I have some very simple tools and techniques that help build one’s perception of their value and worth that work as long as they are done consistently and with conviction. Seeing my clients build their self love and show up to the world in a more positive manner, is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work. When we change how we view ourselves and this world, the universe shows up for us a lot differently. You’ll see :)
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  • Lifestyle coaching and consulting is a very personal experience. It’s not one size fits all. Because of this dynamic, it’s important that you find a coach that personalizes their strategy to customize your needs and goals. A coach that reaches out to you with a “sales pitchy” approach, is probably not invested the way they should be. I would advise you to ask questions on their coaching approach and strategy and use intuition. If there isn’t a connection or good energy vibes, he or she is probably not the right coach for you.
• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  • Are you ready for change? Do you want to choose happiness? Are you ready to put in the work? Are you able to dig deep despite the pain and show up with an open mind? Are you ready to hear what you need to hear and not necessarily what you want to hear?
