I'm a transformational coach empowering people to re-write their reality and lessen stress. I work with them to make a major shift towards more meaning and depth in life. I have been coaching for 4 years after completing 3 life and health coaching certificate courses with Coach Training International and Health Coach Institute. I was born in London. Years, ago I worked as a social worker there. My sister had mental health issues. She inspired me to become a coach after seeing how much difference acceptance and support made to her life. My previous business experience was in creating and running a successful real estate company and managing personal growth seminars for many years. At this point support and giving back is my main focus, rather than making money, so sessions are offered at very low rates. I am based in California.

About Us

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  • The first session is free, as an evaluation to see where the client is now, where the client wants to get to and to see if we are a fit as client and coach.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  • Identify what areas or goals are most important to the client. Then identify what is in the way of the client achieving those goals or states of being. By asking a series of pertinent questions, uncover what is going on in the client's life and see things from a different perspective. It's like shining a light to see more clearly. Each session sets a series of goals, to be carried forward and evaluation in the next session.

• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  • My relationship with my sister, who suffered from different mental and physical problems. I stepped in to support her when regular therapy failed.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  • I have worked with several clients facing a number of problems: hoarding, relationship issues, family situations, career changes and spiritual transformation. My role has been to support and hold them accountable as they navigate the changes they need to make in their life.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  • Most of my clients have been working with me for more than a year because they value what I offer them.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  • I think it's important to find the right fit between client and coach. Trust your instincts. Ask a lot of questions. Many people specialize in one particular area.
• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  • I think it's important to be clear about whether you are looking for a coach or a therapist.
