  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
    • My pricing is set at 100 an hour for two movers. I can give flat rates for smaller jobs.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    • First, I explain to the customer how I price the job. after we have come to an agreement we set a date and time for the move. I will then ask the customer what their needs are when it comes to packing material such as boxes. I will get an idea of what I need for the job to make sure that we are prepared. After I have confirmed with the customer the date,time,pricing, and packing/equipment needs I will then take down their phone number as well as the address where the move will begin. It is at this point where the customer will be scheduled for the date given and the reservation will be complete.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    • I have been in the moving industry since 2014. My experience comes from many years of hard work and dedication to giving the best service I can to every one of my customers.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
    • I have been in the moving industry for 7 years. this is my family's business. three of my relatives own moving companies and three more are in the industry as well. I grew up doing jobs for them in the summers. I started my own moving company 4 years ago. in that time I have done hundreds of moves and in my time as a mover I have done thousands. I am hoping to grow my business so that one day I can have my son working in the family business as well.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
    • I have worked with customers from all walks of life. I have moved customers that are coming from all over the world. from executives at amazon, microsoft, face book, or Google. to our Hero's in the military.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
    • I would advise the customer to get quotes from a few companies and see what the average cost would be. that way the customer can make an informed decision before hiring a mover.
