  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
    • A customer called for assistance getting a custom table top inside their house. We responded and were not able to make the turn due to the size and shape. The builders of the table suggested cutting the table and making it smaller. Not wanting to destroy such a nice piece of work we put our heads together and decided in order to keep the table in one piece it had to go through the second floor window. After renting a special lift and familiarizing ourselves with the equipment we hoisted this large table up slowly guided it though the tight opening safely placing it in the upstairs room.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
    • Ask about hidden fees. Get an estimated cost for your moving services. Ask for confirmation on your appointment.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
    • How long should my move take? What additional fees are involved?
