Introduction

We do quality work and stand behind it. We have been working on Pool Tables since 1994 so we have more experience than most. We are professional. reliable and friendly. When requesting a quote, I will need the following information in order to quote you. Who is the Mfg. of the table? What size table? Is it ball return or drop pocket? What type of service do you require i.e. refelting , set up or disassemble transport and set up? Location(s)? For moves, are there steps involved on either end? If so, please describe i.e. getting to and from, space available at top and bottom of stairs. It's easier to quote when discussing over the phone. Please call me if you can. I will still quote you through Thumbtack.

About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
    • Prices vary on services offered. It is always best to call me so that I can fully understand the details regarding the job to be performed.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    • I listen to their needs and quote based on the information provided.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    • I have been working on Pool Tables since 1993.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
    • I got involved in this work because I couldn't find anyone to go a good job on my tables at my Pool Room.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
    • All kinds
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
    • N/A
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
    • I would find out how long the technicians that will be working on your table have been doing it. I was still learning better ways of doing things 10 years into this profession. What I have seen over the years is that technicians don't always use the correct process and techniques when working on a Pool Table. Many times, I get calls from customers asking me to fix/repair work that others have performed on their tables. I strongly recommend that you be there to watch if at all possible. Much of the damage that I have seen on tables over the years was done by the prior technicians.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
    • Check for reviews on company on various sites. I have done thousands of tables over the years and have nothing but 5 star ratings. Ask questions regarding the process for the type of work being performed. You can always call me to ask questions regarding the job.
