Introduction

A1 Moving Solutions is a moving/junk hauling company. We have several years of moving experience and we bring our own equipment. We have trucks, cargo vans, moving blankets and more available. We will provide excellent customer focused service by being reliable, prompt, and having great communication skills.   • We are typically the best priced in the RDU area and we provide a very high quality of work.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  • Typically when we are working with a new customer we will exchange contact information, then move on to the moving details and communicate often up until the job date.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  • I have my bachelors in business Administration. This has prepared me to be able to run the logistical side of the business. My partner and I also worked for a local moving company which helped to propel us to open our own company.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  • My business partner and I have moved quite a few times in our adult life and we understand how challenging it can be, so we strive to make moving easy and stress free.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  • We have worked with a wide range of customers, we believe we can find a solution for everyone. Don’t be afraid to reach out.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  • My favorite project was a family of 4. A mom, dad and a toddler upsizing to a 3 bedroom home because they were expecting a little one. Glad to help take some of the stress of moving off of them. They were a lovely family and very easy to work with.
• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  • Please be ready to provide the moving addresses and number of bedrooms.
