About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
    • We are true to our quote. No hidden fees or extra charges. We 99% of the time get enough details in advance to offer our customers the right price from the initial inquiry.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    • Start with great communication. We like to get the details right. Help each customer to fully understand the cost, time, labor, and materials that go into their service. Once onsite, go over the details again so that everyone understands the needs of the customer. Then we pride ourselves on getting the job done on-time.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    • We offer in house training as well as in the field training to all of our team members. We offer several different tasks, and are dedicated to making sure our members can surpass all expectations.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
    • We started out by answering the call of many of our competitors. Meeting demands and deadlines they were unable to meet. That's how we entered the market.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
    • Our customers are the smartest, kindest, and the flat out best human beings on this side of the Mississippi. We have the great pleasure of working for famous and not so famous celebrities, doctors, lawyers, men and women serving the armed forces, and just plain everyday people. We treat them all the same, and we really enjoy working for our growing list of happy customers. They made the best investment in our company and that is priceless.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
    • We always try to fully understand our customers needs. The first thing every customer seems to love is time. Time equals money, and we bring on board the right amount of labor to get bigger jobs done within a lovable amount of time. Our customers always appreciate that.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
    • Hire our company first. That's very great advice, because not everyone loves doing what we do.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
    • Are they ready? Are they ready to get the job done today? 1% of our customers fail to be prepared.
