• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  • Pricing for local and residential moves are based on either and hourly price or flat price. Both options will be discussed. If there are specialty items the price of the items moved will also be discussed. For long distance moves there will be a flat rate. NO HIDDEN FEES or Surprises on the day of your move !
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  • We get on the way home with our customers to go over the details of your move. We then call 24 hours in advance to confirm your move. If the move is a specialty move or long distance we will come out and do an estimate.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  • We have been in the industry for years and we have certified movers that have completed The proper moving training.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  • When our family picked up and moved to our dream location we found a need for a moving company in our area. We ourselves know moving can be stressful so our company goal was to take the stress out of moving and treat each customer like they are part of our family.

  • We have worked with many customers and we find a solution to all of our customers moving problems. No job is to complex for our team!
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  • Asking a lot of questions is important when moving. Does the company have insurance, how many movers are going to assist you, or is there anything specific that you must provide.
• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  • They should think about what items need to be assembled or disassembled, how far they are Moving, what size home they are moving from, any items over 400lbs, how many boxes, and do they need packing or unpacking services.
