Introduction

We are a new woman owned co with over 20 years of experience working with the major van lines .We may be new but our experience and knowledge sets us above the rest. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction. Because if your not happy we don't get good referrals. So from the first time we speak until we shake hands goodbye we are on your side. We at Miss Cheryl's know that moving can be very stressful and for some scary. One of our goals within the first 15 minutes is to have you smiling and relaxed and fully confident that you have chosen the right company for your move. People have told me if you don't like what your doing don't do it. I must love it, enjoy getting up for a new job and challenge every day.

About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
    • We charge $100.00 per hour for two men and a truck, $45.00 per hour for each additional man. We do charge from the time we leave the shop until we return. If we take something apart to move it, we put it back together. We do not charge for padding furniture. We do charge for materials, like boxes, paper, tape for packing. Pricing available upon request. We have a fuel charge after the first 25 miles. We are fully licensed and insured, furnished upon request.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    • Asking what items do they have to move, how many boxes they have? What is the location access? What is the distance between locations? What dates are they moving? How many stairs involved or are there elevators? If elevators are involved we use commercial bins to move items to the truck quicker and easier. We do charge $6.00 per bin and it makes your move faster.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    • I have been in the moving industry working for moving and van line companies for 20 years. Which includes packing padding of furniture, loading and unloading of trucks and storage units.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
    • I moved to Arizona and needed a job and walked into this profession and enjoyed it. I have been doing it ever since.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
    • I have worked with high profile people, like celebrities, athletes, CEO's, large commercial jobs and the average person. Lot's of military personnel. We do a lot of assisted living moves. We also do office moves.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
    • Starting my own company, still working at it.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
    • Ask questions, how much experience they have? How long have they been in business are they licensed and insured?
