About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
    • Our local moves are quoted on per hour basis. All of our long distance quotes are flat rates that include all charges with no hidden fees. Each case is different so make sure to contact our customer care team to get the right quote and find out about our specials and discount.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    • We start our process by talking to the customer and getting an idea of the specific job they want us to do. It’s very important to have a clear picture of the amount of items they have, so we can give them a correct estimate of time and price. If additional services are requested, such as packing or storing their items, we discuss that too during our initial conversation. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible and always be on the same page as the customer.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    • Best training a mover could get is experience. All of our movers have 5+ years of experience working in the industry.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
    • Our two founders started this company after working in the moving industry for 7 years. They got to know the inside of this business during that period of time and decided to start their own moving journey.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
    • We have worked with various types of customers, from large families to students and even moving offices.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
    • Our last project was a 7-bedroom house move within Boston area. The whole project, including packing, disassembling furniture, transporting all the items, unpacking, and putting all the furniture back took us 10 hours.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
    • Our best advise would be to find a company that is transparent, fully insured and licensed, and has experienced movers working, so you can rest assured that all your belongings are safe.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
    • There are few important questions that customers need through before hiring someone for their move: 1. How many items do I have realistically? 2. What’s my budget? 3. Will I need any assistance in packing and unpacking my furniture? With those three answers, a customer can get a clear estimate on what a job will look like.
