About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
    • Universal Movers LLC does offer discounts for your relocation. Any where from 10% up to 40%. Depending on the size of your requested service.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    • First we will schedule a pre-move survey to go over all of the details of your relocation and any and all of your questions and concerns that you might have.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    • I have been in the moving and storage business for 20+ years. Starting in a helpers position, driver and Forman. Now I am a relocation specialist and move manager.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
    • I got started in the moving industry from my friend that worked for Mon Van Allied Moving Services. I was bored with my current job and he told about his job with Allied. It sound interesting and he asked if I wanted to check it out. I went in and was hired on the spot. And the rest is history. I loved it. Meeting new people every day going to different cities and eventually going out of state .
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
    • We recently did a huge project for UCSF. It was a decommissioning project of over 500,000 sqft. We were there for 3 months dismantling, sorting, recycling, donating and dumping of unwanted items.
