  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
    • Here at Bears Moving Co we have 2 hour minimum. If the duration of the move goes over the minimums, the our hourly rate begins to apply. Our minimums is to ensure our employees are guaranteed a certain amount of pay so that we can remain competitive in the labor market.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    • As we speak with our customers our onboarding process is very simple. We’ll begin asking questions about the move just to make sure we can actually provide the service they’re looking for. If we’re a perfect fit we’ll send the customer a booking link in which they’ll need to fill out some information about their move. Once it’s complete they’ll be logged on our schedule. Also the customer will receive text alerts as their move approaches.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    • I’ve been in the furniture moving business over 7 years. Every situation you can possibly experience in the business we’ve experienced. Sometimes customers are amazed at the ease in which we move certain pieces of furniture but the truth is we don’t know anything special nor are we geniuses. We’ve had so much experience within the business that no situation is really new so we’re able to draw from our past experiences.

    • Before starting Bears Moving Co I previously worked for another moving company for 2 years.

    • Here at Bears Moving Co we’ve worked with High Profile Celebrities to Budget Conscious Customers. Our goal is to ensure all customers have a pleasant experience.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
    • Here at Bears Moving Co we recently had a project that was 13 hours. The grit and determination we applied to finish this job symbolizes what we’re all about. No matter the circumstances or situation we will finish the project with no complaining, breaking or damaging of any furniture.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
    • Always hire a mover with mover’s insurance and also licensed by the State of Georgia. Get a copy of the Insurance Document and A Copy of Their License. Licensed Movers have to adhere to all state guidelines and can be disciplined as such.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
    • Customers should think about their Budget first!!!! With my experience most customers get upset when the move goes over their budget. Majority of the time it’s not possible to move their things within a certain timeframe which increases the cost of the move. This leads to bad reviews. In most cases once a customer tells me their budget and the details of the move I can then be honest about what’s possible and what’s not.
