About Us
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
    • Price goes by miles from pick up to delivery. Stairs and corners or cranes are taken into consideration. We give you a flat rate, no hidden fees. For example if we you quote you at 225$ then that is how much you pay. Not 230$ or 250$. 225$ please do not use instant schedule on this app. We can not turn it off. We can not schedule moves like that. we have attempted to remove that option. I am sorry for any inconvenience. please call or message to get on the schedule.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    • They usually call me. I get the information from them. I also have them email my the information. Where my wife gets the email writes out your paper work. She will call you or I will to confirm the details. We get you a day and a two hour time window (in case of traffic) we call you 30 mins to an hour before we arrive. Every thing we do is to ensure that the customer is satisfied and happy.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    • I have been doing this for years. My family and I have a combined 30 years experience. I treat everyone's piano as if it were my own.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
    • It started as summer work, a little extra money. Now we are pro piano moners...
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
    • I have worked for private owners and schools, churches and the piano stores. Steinway, The piano man just to name a few. We have moved for the White house, congress and Wolftrap. We also do concerts.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
    • Piano in MD up 19 concrete steps with no damage!!! We delivered the piano to the Pope, on Sept 23rd. I am very proud of that.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
    • Look up the company and see their reviews online. Call around and ask...We are highly recommended in D.C. Metro!! :)
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
    • They should have a few dates in mind so We can schedule you as easily as possible. Ask about insurance, with any piano mover. Your piano is an expensive beautiful instrument is should be covered. Please ask us about our experience. We work hard.. We may make it look easy but its not. We have been moving pianos for 15 years!
