    • We typically schedule a day so we can come over and answer all the questions that Customer have and also do a survey in person at the house

    • Real Moving & Storage, we’ve built our reputation on trust, reliability, and personal service. Founded in 2006 by Lucas Pinto, a passionate moving industry professional with over 25 years of experience, we’ve been proudly serving Bethel, CT, and the surrounding areas. Lucas started his journey in the moving industry back in 2000, working for a large moving company, where he learned the ins and outs of the business. After gaining invaluable experience, he decided to branch out on his own, creating a small, family-owned moving company focused on providing personalized, efficient services to both residential and commercial clients.

    • We have to work with all type of customers with the small moves and bigger moves, but our focus is and help customers with Moving Needs of 3 bedroom house plus
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
    • We did a job to a customer last year and they called him the day before to follow up and make sure that he was all packed and ready for the move and when we got there the entire kitchen lamps, linens, and loose contacts all over the house so we end up asking the customer if he needs any help with packing And that if he does need help, With Packing move with it, take an extra day so the customer said to us now, so just move the larger items and I will take care of this small items and loose contacts so that’s how we handle this move .

    • To always plan ahead and getting three estimates and also getting all the packing done by the day of the move so the move can get expedited and won’t get delayed so this will avoid extra charges for the Local Move or either for the Long Distance Move
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
    • Customer should always ask if the moving company is fully licensed and ensure and even ask them for proof of insurance and license
