About Us
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    • I will advise how much space is needed to play billiards. Normally the customer will have an idea where they want to have their billiards table set up. Once placement is decided some people want chat with me others leave me to continue working.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    • I have over 35 years experience in manufacturing, selling, installing, and maintenance of Billiard tables.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
    • I started off working at the manufacturing warehouse building the billiard tables.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
    • Movie stars, football players, Basketball players, baseball players, magicians, singers, and your everyday average job.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
    • Average time for a job is roughly 1 hour for disassembly. Depending on if you want new felt or not anywhere from 3 hours to 5 hours for complete installation.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
    • Look for somebody that the manufacturers will recommend. It's a simple phone call to guarantee good work. Quality is always the most important thing to look for. The fastest or cheapest job may sound great right now but after a few months if the table is no longer level you will need to pay again for the service you've already paid for.
