    • Southern Monarch prides itself in having competitive rates. Our fees can be adjusted and tailored per move making it easy and flexible. We offer college students and veterans discounts at checkout.

    • Customer services is a top priority at Southern Monarch, when it comes to a first time customer it can be extremely important to make a good impression. However we stride to make every move perfect no matter how many times a customer uses us for their moves.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    • The founder of Southern Monarch was a mover for four years before starting this company. Completing just over 1000 moves under his belt, travelling all over the country and learning how to solve unique problems, employees at Southern Monarch are well trained to take on any challenge.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
    • As a college student our owner worked as a mover to pay for classes. Through years of experience he learned to love the trade of moving people across the United States and loved seeing customers finally walk into their new furnished home.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
    • Our team has worked with everybody of all lifestyles. Parents, Students, Professionals, Small Businesses and Corporations.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
    • A recent move we were proud to be apart of was with a large family relocating from Florida to Alabama. We were extremely happy to be able to take care of their belongings and allow them to start their new life in their new home. Completing the job in just under 2 days was incredible, allowing them to fit in as soon as possible.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
    • Our advice would be simple. Ensure your mover of choice has reasonable prices tailored for your move and is more than willing to go the extra mile to make you happy.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
    • A few questions to consider before each move. 1. Do we need helping packing or unpacking our house? 2. Is there any special items that may require additional attention? Ex. Antiques, Safe, Artwork, and unique items with meaning to you. 3. What is the timeline you are looking to have the move done in? With these questions answered moves can go much faster and be tailored to your needs even better.
