• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  • Free in person consultation followed by an estimate.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  • I’m certified by the IICRC in the following areas: Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Water Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  • I used to own a property management company. My customers started having floods and water damage. Couldn’t find any quality local contractors. So I decided to do it on my own.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  • Residential & Commercial both high end and low end propertys
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  • Mold remediation in an attic. We recently completed a project in Willams Bay for attic mold removal. I’m fond of this project because our work helped a real estate transaction close on time.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  • Make sure they are licensed by the IICRC and follow the industry standards of care.
