• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  • Pricing can vary depending on the problems you are having and the size of your home. We offer One time treatments, every other month and quarterly programs. We will come out to your property FREE of charge and evaluate your home and situation and let you know what program makes the most sense for you.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  • Getting to know our customers on a personal level. We listen and address concerns right away because we want our customers to know we are a trustworthy and dependable company.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  • All of our inspectors and technicians are license through the State Of CA
• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  • The industry seemed like a great career path for myself and my family. I started door knocking for sales and servicing homes until the company started to expand and I was able to hire employees of my own.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  • We have worked with numerous customers, who are wanting to get rid of those unwanted ants, spiders, fleas, ticks or roaches to rodent proofing homes, and termite damage. There is no job too big or small when it comes to dry rot, termites, rats/mice and small pest.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

  • A recent real estate transaction. This particular customer was in crunch time to close on their escrow. The home had subterranean termites and a ton of dry rot. We tented the home, completed a local termite treatment along with repairs. The job was completed in less than a week for her to be able to close escrow on time.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  • Find a trustworthy company, someone to make your home their priority, someone that will listen to you and put your concerns first with a quick response.
