Hello! My name is Danny Wilson, Manager of Pacific Coast Termite, serving Northern California. Regarding the Coronavirus Covid-19, we are an essential service and are open to service the community to protect you and your home from rodents and termites. Our employees will wear respirators and gloves in your home and are following all guidelines set by the CDC for the protection of our employees and customers. We are Orange Oil experts trained and certified by XT2000. We pride ourselves on customer service and look forward to providing you the safe and professional service you deserve!

About Us

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  • We offer many services at Pacific Coast Termite. For termite jobs, we price each job according the level of infestation and the amount of work needed to eradicate termites and to protect your structure from future infestations. Rodent exclusions are priced according to the amount of work required to seal up the structure to stop rodents from getting inside. Our wood and insulation job pricing depends on the amount of materials required and the man hours needed to complete the work. During certain times of the year we offer discounts through our radio advertising campaign and in some of our print (news paper ads).
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  • Typically, a new customer will hear about us either from a friend or family, a co-worker, the radio, or see us on the internet or in print. new customers call in to our office and we work with the customer to find an available date and time that best fits the customers schedule for an inspection. On the inspection day, one of our licensed inspector will perform a quality inspection and provide a report with findings, recommendations, and pricing. It is then up to the customer to decide to use our company.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  • All of our technicians and inspectors are licensed by the Structural Pest Control Board through the Board of Consumer Affairs. We continue to train our employees year round with continuing education classes.
• What types of customers have you worked with?

  • The most common termite treatment we perform for clients is drywood termite eradication using XT2000 Orange Oil combined with treatments for subterranean termites. We also do many attic clean-outs including insulation removal and TAP attic insulation installation. Rodents are a big problem in the bay area, we have a unique way of excluding rodents from homes that is very effective. Some homes have advanced stages of damage to wood members from termites, fungus, or dryrot. Our wood division will replace damaged wood members with the highest of quality workmanship.
• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  • My advice for potential customers is to always hire a reputable company. Do research, read reviews, and look for a company that has a proven track record.
• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  • One question that all customers should ask themselves is "am I confident I have hired the right company?" We take pride in professionalism from the first contact with the customer, the detailed inspection process, and any treatment or repairs needed. Our goal is high quality work and complete customer satisfaction.
